A minimum of 5 years of hands-on roofing experience is required. We work fast, efficiently, and expect field-proven skill.
A valid driver's license is required. Crew members are expected to drive to job sites independently as needed.
Proficiency in asphalt shingle installation, tear-off, and repair on residential and light commercial structures.
Experience with flat roofing systems — TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, or BUR — is required for all applicants.
